Standard Return Policy
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the item. 
We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item within 3 business days.

Damaged Product Policy

All products are guaranteed to be shipped in new condition. If a product arrives damaged, and the damage has not been caused by carriers, it can be exchanged for an undamaged one at no cost to you if returned within 10 business days of the shipment date. The product must be in an unused condition. Please contact us provide some info about the damage goods. If the damage was caused during the shipping process, you must make a claim directly with carriers.
